RŪH (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Canadian-based fragrance brand offering premium perfume oils and related lifestyle products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

All RŪH products are handcrafted and curated to reflect the brand’s commitment to quality and authenticity. Product descriptions and imagery are provided to represent each scent as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and accepted providers such as credit/debit cards and PayPal. RŪH does not store full payment details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within the stated time frame indicated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. RŪH is not liable for customs duties, taxes, or shipping delays beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of perfume oils, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact ruh@ruhsignatures.com within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and designs—are the exclusive property of RŪH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
Reproduction or redistribution of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.
